So sorry that I have not really kept up with this blog, but I am going to start keeping up with it again.

The CPSC has been busy giving clarification to the new law and they have exempted certain materials from the testing requirements. What this means for me is that I get to keep selling slings! The only change will be that I will not be able to use zippers anymore, because those would have to be tested and I cannot afford that. So I am working on making a zipperless pocket for the slings, as I don't want to stop putting pockets on.

Things have been going really well for Wrapped in Love lately, and I've had lots of new customers in the past two months. Thank you to all of you! I've just stocked several new fabrics and I've got a couple more on order. This fall/winter, I'm going to be working on making a DVD with usage instructions that I can include with each sling. I think that will be more convenient for my customers than the online videos. I will let you all know when that is ready. It won't be ready until our new baby is here, because I need a newborn model to demonstrate the newborn carries with. :) I will let you know when it's ready.
